Whoever that girl, who answers the phone, shouldn't work there. Rudest person I've ever spoken to and I also work in automotive. Your page says you buy original OEM rims , asked a bunch of questions then say you don't. Make up your mind or take it off your website. Unbelievable. Shouldn't be working there if you hate your job for 1 , and 2, change the information on your website. I will not send anyone your way.

The parts arrived quickly and in good condition. The end caps appear solid and fully usable, especially for used parts. I’ll give them a final polish before installation.

I purchased a front Mercedes AMG wheel on Dec 8th from Santa Ana Wheel on eBay. The wheel they sent me was a different wheel that didn’t fit the vehicle. I reached out to them via EBay Messenger and they stated they would send the right one and to ship the wheel back with their packing slip. Then they send don’t send it with that mail slip and wait for another one. I reached out to eBay about the situation which they required a waiting period for refund which had passed with the exchange process happening. After being told the second wheel was shipped and asking for a tracking number several times, no wheel was shipped. I asked for a refund from them on March 23rd and was told a check would be mailed to me by Joanne via private message with eBay. The check never arrived and I called and spoke to Jasmine who stated they would Zelle me the money. I sent the Zelle info over and still have not received any refund.

Be careful ordering from this company. I ordered a 22” Cadilliac Esclade chrome rim which they shipped in a CARDBOARD Box! This rim weighs 30-40 pounds and would never survive the cross-country tip undamaged. UPS noted the damage to the box and left it. Upon dropping the box off to my tire center, they noted damage to the box and then unpacked it and noted damage to the rim but they mounted it with a new tire. When I notified Santa Ana Wheel at first, they issued a return authorization but then retracted it saying it was void because the rim was mounted and that they would issue a $65.00 credit. Unfortunately, I was out of town when it arrived but warning anyone, have someone examine the packaging when it arrives. If damaged REFUSE IT as to not get in this mess. BTW Santa Ana Wheel never issued the $65.00 credit either.
